BWAHAHA is Ryan Miller + Arc Iris. Their self-titled debut came out on Halloween via Glass Hill Records. 

Back in 2018, Ryan and Arc Iris thought it might be fun to cover Joni Mitchell’s Blue for a live show. They quickly realized that would be hard. 

Instead, they got together for a couple days and had a magical, stream-of-consciousness writing session where much of their self-titled record was born. 

Then they took their time finishing it. A lot of time. 

The result is a delightfully whimsical glitter bomb of synth wizardry, unexpected grooves, and double-lead vocals. It’s psychedelic, unashamed, and weird, an aesthetic left turn for both halves of the band that somehow makes a lot of sense.
